Azuaje Central

Brand Policy Compliance

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Azuaje Central LLC works with manufacturers, brands, and wholesale distributors and respects the policies they set for their products. This page explains how we approach those policies.

1. Sourcing. We purchase products from manufacturers, brands, and wholesale distributors, and we keep records of our purchases, including invoices that identify the source of our inventory.

2. Supplier requirements. Before starting a commercial relationship, and whenever a supplier updates its requirements, we review the policies that apply to its products. These may include pricing policies such as minimum advertised price (MAP) policies, product content and representation guidelines, permitted sales channels, and territorial restrictions.

3. Pricing. Pricing policies are set unilaterally by each manufacturer or brand, not by Azuaje Central. We set our own prices independently and follow the applicable policies of the brands we carry.

4. Product condition and handling. We sell new, authentic products sourced from our suppliers. Our third-party logistics providers receive, inspect, prepare, and ship inventory on our behalf. Preparation may include labeling, protective packaging, and the creation of multi-packs, only when permitted by the manufacturer’s policies, the supplier’s terms, and the requirements of the sales channel. These activities do not alter the products themselves or their original manufacturer packaging, other than applying the labels required for handling and sale.

5. Sales channels. We sell through commercial channels that may include online marketplaces and other digital channels, and only where those channels are permitted for the products involved. Any international sales will take place only where a product’s distribution terms allow them, in compliance with U.S. export regulations and with the applicable import and commercial regulations of the destination country.

6. Product content and trademarks. We use product names, images, and descriptions to accurately identify the products we sell, following the brand’s content guidelines when they are provided. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell, as permitted. We do not claim to be an authorized dealer, distributor, or partner of a brand unless we have the corresponding authorization in writing. Selling authentic products does not, by itself, mean that we have an official relationship with the manufacturer.

7. Questions and concerns. Manufacturers, brands, and distributors with questions about how their products are offered can contact us at info@azuajecentral.com. Please include the product and channel involved. We review each request in good faith and respond promptly.

This page describes our general practices. It does not create a contract, and it does not replace the specific terms agreed with each supplier.
